ReelDAO implements a core token burn mechanism to ensure the long-term value of RDO and foster a deflationary ecosystem. The following are key token burn scenarios:
Transaction and Withdrawal Fee Burns
Internal Transfers: 1% of RDO tokens are burned during internal transfers on the platform.
Withdrawal Fees: 1% of the 3% withdrawal fee is allocated for token burning.
Burning for Unlocking Premium Content Users pay RDO tokens to unlock premium content (e.g., exclusive series, behind-the-scenes specials, interactive storyline experiences), with a portion of the payment burned.
Burning for AI Tool Usage Users utilize platform AI tools (e.g., script generation, dynamic video creation, special effects optimization) by paying RDO tokens, with part of the payment burned. This encourages frequent usage while managing token supply.
